Tom and his wife Janet (married in 1994), along with their two sons Jordan and Jono, have been part of the Northland family since 1998. Tom has served as a Shepherding Elder since 2010 and is passionate about cultivating discipleship and leadership development in the lives of all followers of King Jesus.In this role, Tom leads Northland's Cultivate strategy which includes Discipleship, Leadership Development, and Next Gen (from cradle to career) ministry. He is responsible for developing and overseeing Northland's leadership development plan for all staff, ministries, and lay leaders. The primary purpose of our leadership mandate is to reflect the glory of God by leading ourselves and others to flourishing in God's design within all spheres of life.

Tom received his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and invested sixteen years in a corporate career that included roles ranging from Customer Service Representative to Chief Operating Officer. In 2005 he established his own firm with the primary focus on developing leaders. Tom has had the honor of partnering with various for-profit and non-profit organizations, and leading Universities, to design, deliver and coach leadership development programs.
