What To Expect

Each weekend our worship services are a little bit different (but all three services are identical, so you can pick the time that works best for you).

The preaching is biblical, applicable and winsome. The music is a mix of contemporary worship, Gospel favorites and beloved hymns.

When You Arrive

If you are disabled, we have two designated parking lots and we also have wheelchairs on site. Find a map that will help you find which lot to park in.

Once inside, our Connect Team will greet you throughout the foyer (they’re the ones with the bright orange lanyards) and make sure you feel welcome. We also have a bookstore conveniently located off of our foyer.

Our Vision

fully alive in KING Jesus.

Jesus made an amazing declaration: “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” For Northland, our aim is to see the Life movement Jesus launched continue into the 21st century.

The scope of what He came to do is way more than inventing some religion and introducing a thing called church that happens in buildings on Sunday mornings. It’s a goal aimed at the renewal of the cosmos and it starts with us as His image bearers.

The Gospel enables us to dance as human beings to the glory of God — to do that in community, to do that in our culture, and to see salt and light unleashed by the church, not just by yelling orthodoxy at a culture, but by also demonstrating vibrancy.

Put simply: We believe the church is more than a place you come to on Sundays ... it's people. People Fully Alive in Jesus — not just lung-breathing, heart-beating life, but abundant, thriving Life that can only come from Him.

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” – John 10:10 (NIV)

Our History

Northland Church was founded in the prayers of a handful of faithful people who lived and ministered in Central Florida in the 1960s and 70s. We recently celebrated 50 years of ministry!

Children's Ministries

At Northland, we have an amazing children’s curriculum for infants through fifth-graders. Every three years, the children go through the entire Bible (and as they get older, the content and message matures along with them).

Infants through kindergarteners are located on the far right end of the foyer (past The Hub) while grade school (1st-5th) are on the far left side (it’s actually the building that is on the farthest left side of the campus). Of course, if you get lost or need some assistance, our Connect Team (with the orange lanyards) will be happy to assist.

Student Ministries

Northland has youth groups for middle schoolers (Wednesday nights) and high schoolers (Sunday nights) with engaging activities and worship designed specifically for students their age.

Our high school and middle school youth group programs do not happen during our weekend worship services as we encourage them to attend worship with their family.
