Pauline has a passion for children, families, and building the church community. Teaching young children about God and all he has done is foundational. Each weekend you will find her leading volunteers and Northand's childcare team in teaching and caring for babies through Kindergarten. She also coordinates childcare for Bible Studies, meetings, classes, and special events. Before joining the Children’s Ministry team, she worked as a preschool teacher at Northland’s Early Learning Center for 12 years. She has a heart for missions and has participated in several mission trips to Ukraine. She and her husband, Tony, have been married since 1992 and have four grown children; Brianne, Kristi, Brian, and Lois. They have a granddaughter, Peyton, and a grandson, Kaiden.
