Nathaniel oversees all lighting and staging for Northland, supporting various ministries in the Rink, Children's Church, and Weekend Worship. He joined Northland in 2013 as a volunteer. He did a lighting internship before becoming the Assistant Lighting Director. During a hiatus from 2018 to 2022, Nathaniel had the opportunity to continue his work in the industry through a wide variety of projects. He briefly lived in Washington D.C. before returning to Central Florida. Nathaniel has a passion for creating environments where people can exchange with Jesus and a desire to help train the next generation of techs to carry on a tradition of excellence. He is excited to be a part of a growing team that strives for excellence to honor God and inspires others. Nathaniel is married to Hannah, who serves on the security team.
