Melissa is responsible for daily operations at LifeHope's Childcare Center, where babies up to 18 months old receive care in a Christ-centered environment and their moms can further their educational and career goals. A former teacher with Seminole County, she also oversees the curriculum and development opportunities for these little ones. Melissa has been a member of Northland since 2012. She graduated from UCF with a degree in elementary education and served as a teacher in Seminole County for many years. She recently earned a master's degree in hr training and development from Amberton University. Melissa and her husband, Eddie, have three children: Alivia, Gianna and Eddie.
