This week we are learning about Jesus’ parable, “The Rich Fool.” We will hear how God wants us to place our trust in Him and to be generous.
When you sit at home: Read the parable of the Rich Fool in (Luke 12:15-21). A parable is a story that teaches a lesson. Jesus used parables to teach people about God’s kingdom. What is the lesson Jesus wants us to learn from this parable?
When you walk along the road: God wants us to be generous with what we have. How could you be rich toward God and generous with what you have?
When you lie down: Pray this prayer each day this week: “Lord, thank You for all the wonderful things You have given us. Help us give to You and share with others. Amen.”
When you get up: Find a way your family can be generous toward someone this week and do it!
