This week we are reading how Jesus sent His followers to tell the world about Him. It’s called the Great Commission. Jesus wants us to tell others about Him, too!
When you sit at home: Grades 3-K read Matthew 28:16-20. Grades 1-5 read Matthew 28:16-20; 22:37-39. What are some ways you could share what you know about Jesus with others?
When you walk along the road: Jesus sent His followers with the mission to go and show people in every nation how to follow Him. Jesus sends us with that same mission today. We can tell people that God calls us to love Him and to love each other. Who do you know that needs to hear that message? How could you share it with them?
When you lie down: Pray this prayer each day this week: “Lord, help us tell others about You. Thank You for promising to be with us always. Amen.”
When you get up: Find out how some of Northland’s missionary partners are following the Great Commission: www.northlandchurch.net/missionary. Choose one or more of them to pray for this week.
