I have long term COVID health problems, which has left me with lung damage still 14 months later. Due to the illness, I retired two years early and I am feeling lost. My father passed away in 2020 and my mother has come to live with me, which has caused a strain on our relationship. I feel guilty thinking one of us should move but it is emotionally, mentally, and spiritually taxing.
