Lord, we pray that the candidates being interviewed to be our new senior pastor will clearly know whether or not they are called to be at Northland. May they fully understand what coming to Northland would mean for them, their families, and the congregation they’d be leaving. Help them respond to a true and deep calling from You, and not be distracted by their own ideas or agendas.
