My big sister Sarah Garcia is in the ICU on a ventilator in a medically-induced coma. This started Monday morning as a diabetic coma and has become medical whack-a-mole as the hospital team works to help her body stabilize and be self-sufficient again. The next day or two are critical and she isn’t out of the woods
