I am asking prayer for myself. I am asking for guidance on which direction I should go far as my job. I just returned back on my job in Nov.2022 and I just seem like things aren't getting any better with supervisors and group leaderships. I just want supervisors who are there for there staff and not hang them out to dry. Same goes for the employees in my department. We al lshould be working together and not against one another. I pray everyday before i go to the hospital, because each day is something to deal with when it comes to dealing with people on so many levels. Especially when you have different cultures. I also pray for a home of my own and finances to grow to live better
