Please pray for me regarding family hurt and fear of continued hurt and exclusion. I suffer with panic attacks and have not had any for so long through the grace of God. I am now suffering with it again and know my heart is not in the right place, regardless of the pain i feel I need to let it go and beware of bitterness entering my heart or spirit. Please pray for strength for me to think and behave in the manner that would please our Lord and Savior. Thank you,
