Please pray that I lose the ten pounds gained while I was going through a rough period, after losing my dad and an uncle who was like a second dad in 2021 (Dad passed away in January, my uncle in December). I had been depressed for a few months, but am now doing better and am getting back on track. I am a breast cancer survivor, and want to stay healthy in body, mind and spirit.
