Doug and Lisa Hill

Doug and Lisa Hill lead pre-field coaching with Pioneers in Orlando, Florida. They are leading a team of five people who are coaching over 350 appointees to work cross-culturally amongst some of the least engaged people of the world. Thier mission is "Empowering appointees, in relationship with field leadership, to fully live out God's calling by shepherding them through transitions to the mission field". In their free time, the Hills love playing games, golfing, eating together and spending time with their grandkids.
