Homelessness

This ministry assists in coming alongside individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community in various ways. This includes providing guidance in navigating the system as well as tangible help through various expressions at Northland and in the community.

On the second Saturday of each month, volunteers serve the homeless at Powerhouse Church. The church is located at 1025 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando. Come explore, engage and share stories while you serve a meal, give out clothing and hygiene products.

We also partner with the faith-based initiative Community Resource Network. CRN is a coordinated and collaborative network of community organizations, non-profit providers, agencies, and members of the Central Florida faith communities, addressing family homelessness in our tri-county area by sharing resources and offering relational support to families.
